I am passionate about understanding consumer behavior. My interest in this topic started quite early. At the age of 19, long before I immigrated to Canada, I joined my first research group and since then I specialized in Marketing and Psychology while conducting research within the broad field of consumer behavior. I believe that to understand a given phenomenon thoroughly, a researcher should be willing to observe it under different theoretical grounds. Because I have been exposed to the literature in Psychology and Marketing, I have learned to appreciate interdisciplinary research. This exposure to two fields made me curious about explaining consumption under different lenses.
